Admission
Applicants
interested in joining MASS must submit the following:
1- An
application form (can be downloaded from this page)
2- A photocopy of their ID or Passport
3- A
copy of their grade report for the previous year (for upper elementary
and up applicants)
Applicants
need to contact the admission office for interview appointment
The "Application
Form" is
in PDF format! Adobe Acrobat Reader is Needed!
You can right click and choose "save target as" to print the form and use
it later.
